STRESS MANAGEMENT IN STUDENTS
In present scenario it is very important to do stress management in students to create healthy environment among students. It will help in build confidence in students and will reduce the stress.Most of the students can not nurture their career due to stress and lack of proper guidance.It is collective responsibility of all of us to help in enhance the stress management among students.
In present scenario it has been observed that students are one of the most common victims of stress.A mild amount of stress may be useful as it may development seriousness about their study,but too much stress can lead to serious problem like depression and and anxiety .If student will go in depression or anxiety ,it will affect overall performance and growth and their future will be affected badly .certain important steps needs to be implemented to reduce or eradicate the stress and other problems inherents while their study and boost them to nurture their career in right direction.
There are mainly three type of common stress which are observed in the students.
ACADEMIC STRESS
There are so many academic stress are there like strict schedule of the study. Students are ordered to follow the strict time table,specially it is seen prior to examination. Students are not getting time to play or entertain themself which is? very important in between the study.
It is observed that in some school or college deadline is given ,that in a certain time these chapters are to be finished ,it lead to fear among the students and lastly turn into deoression.
It is being notice that some time classes are challenging.The motive of teacher is to finished the syllabus not keeping in mind that every student should understand the chapter properly.This may lead to fear among student examination time not able to do answer the question related to these chapters.
Time management is very important for students.If they not manage it properly then it may cause stress and depression to see the vast syllabus is to be covered.
SOCIAL STRESS
Social stress is very common in students ,when they migtate to new place fo study and while dealing with new friends.If they are living alone with without parents,then they have to cope up with new environments and with new friends .Some times they are not manage it properly and it may lead stress among them.
DAILY LIFE STRESS
Some students are not financially sound and they are doing part time job to fulfill the academic requirement, it is good but sometimes if may turn in stress if they are not able to manage it properly with academic study.

There are some causes which lead to stress in students.
LACK OF PLANNING
There should be concrete planning of study.The subject or topics which are not unserstandable that topic or subject or topic should be given time to understand properly. Don't leave it that it will be covered later.That subject or topics should be covered either with the help of teacher or colleaguges.Study should be done according to planning.There should be no any lapses.
COMPETITION AMONG STUDENTS
Students should study according to their own planning which they have chalkout,they should not do competition with peer students who are studying in difference way,they should not influenced with other.Because each students have their own planning.Students should strictly follow their planning of study.
LACK OF ENTHUSIASM
Students should be always enthusiastic and full of energy .They should work hard till they get their goal.They should think always positively.
USE OF ELECTRONIC GADGET
Now a days there are so many electronic gadget which if student will not use wisely,it may affect the students time management.Students should these electronic gadget judiciously while preparing the exam,because if it will not utilised judiciously it may affect their preparation.
FEAR NOT TO GET SUCCESS
Some times students are worry about their success in the examination.what will be about their parents aspiration.Students should should not think all of these,they should focus their study only and should not think about the result.
HIGHLY AMBITIOUS
Students should not be highly ambitious ,they may fix the goal and work accordingly to achieve the goal. Students should do hard work,result is not in their hand.

2. PROPER GROWTH OF STUDENTS PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY
Care should be taken regardind physically and mental growth of the students.Chlidrens are to be left free at a certain age for their physical and mental growth,it means childrens should not be sent school at veary early age and putting pressure on them.Childhood of the the childrens should be free of burden.
3. UNDERSTANDING THE MENTAL ABILITY
In present scenario most of the students are not are not prone to get success with hard work and perservence.But they are adopting the shortcut method to achieve their goal in any way,this is not good for them.Because adopting shortcut way(not commanding the subject properly and focusing the important topics only) is not the right way to get the success in the examination .After adopting shortcut method if students are not getting success in the examination it may lead to stress and their career may be spoiled.
It has been observed parents are also putting unnecessarily pressure on students regarding their study and career.It has been observed that some students who were average student in early education,they got success at higher level.It shows that students should always encouraged by the parents at every level.If student get the small success it should be celebrated by the parents. Students should also feel their responsibility and study honestly.
4. TIME MANAGEMENT
Managing time is very effective tool to reduce the stress.Students must make the time table for their study and other activities and follow them strictly.How on which subject how much time is to be given.The weaker chapter of the subject should be traced out and more attention is to be given to unserstand properly.Time should be spend wisely.Playing and relaxing time must be included while making the time table.
5. PLAYING GAME
A healthy life style is very important for the students. Students must play some out door games,it keeps them healthy and relaxed.It is observed that students those are healthy ,stress cases are very less amomg them.
6. POSITIVENESS
Students should be positive in nature. They should always think positively,positive environment make the student strong enough to cater the situation and it show the pathe of their success.
7. ORGANISE YOUR STUDY PLAN
Planning is very important to get success.As we know the proverb " if we bleed more peace in peace time ,then there will be less bleed in war time".This is fit in case of students also. students should plan their study since beginning of the academic session. Making note of each subject,doing assignment in time and regularly revision of the subject.It will boost confidence among them and there will be no chance of stress development.
8. MINGLE WITH FRIENDS
Students should spend some time with friends and share thought and minor problem if they have,definitely it will help to not developing stress.
9. TAKING BREAKS WHILE STUDYING
Students should take some break in between continuous study.They should do their favourite things in break time it will be rejuvenate and relax them.
Apart from the above measures to reduces the stress some following are also to be considered to reduce the stress.
10. Students should understand the topics properly with concept instead of mugging up.Notes should be made,it will help while revising.
11. Adequate sleep should be taken in examination time or before preparing the examination.Sleeping should be atleast 6 hours ,if adequate sleep will not be taken then it will affect the mental and physical health of the students.
12. Nutritious and energetic food should be taken in between the study.Food should be fibrous and light which will maintain the balanced energy level.
13. Avoid to mingled up with the students who waste your time or if students feels stress after metting them.Avoid to meet such type of friends,specially in the examination time.
14. Students should not be taken any antidepression medicine or any alcoholic beverage to reduce their stress .If they feel stress students should consult clinical psychologist and treat themself in right ways.
