                         REASON OF FLOODING TUITION CENTERS IN INDIA

 Now a days we have seen so many numbers of tuition centers in india.In past 15-20 years there were no any tuition centers in india,but now numerous tuition centers are there.Why these tuition centers are increasing day by day. The answer is simple if in school teaching is upto standard so there is no need to go to tuition.In school if teaching is not upto standard it does not mean that all the responsibility is over teacher there may be several reason towards it.

     In most of the government schools there is a scarcity of teacher ,in most of the faculty there is less number of teachers are there and they are overloaded to cover the all the classes,so they are not able to complete the syllabus and if they want to complete the syllabus naturally they have to speed up their teaching ignoring the idea that every student can understand the teaching.

    Scarcity of the teachers in schools and college is the main reason to attend the tuiton for better result.In present scenario there are numerous post are vacant .Government is not fullfilling the post with good teachers but they are hired the teachers on contractual basis.If we hired teacher on contractual basis he will not be bund to much responsibility as government teacher has.

    Accountibility is not fixed for the school and teachers whose result are not satsfactory.The principle of the school and college is responsible for the overall result,and the concern teacher is responsible for the particular subject,if result of that subject is not good.The schools and colleges whose result are good ther should be rewarded.We have experienced teachers in school if they will understand the responsibility students need not go to tuiton centers.

    Governments is not spending revenue enough to uplift the standard of education in country. There should be a national policy on education and every states must be follow strictly.We should take the certain steps to build the confidence among student and guardian.
