FAST TRACT COURTS FOR SEXUAL CRIME
We have seen rampant cases of rape in the country.There should be a fast tract courts for speedy disposal of cases of sexual crimes against womens.Given the high number of pending cases and to ensure speedy disposal sufficient fast tract courts should be there so justice can be delivered within a reasonable time.It will give stern message to other criminals,and it will help to curb the sexual crimes across the country.
Police should investigate the cases meticuusly and collect concrete evidence against culprit so they can not get the bail.In most of the states we have fast tract court but still delivering the justice it takes so much years, in Nirbhaya case we have seen that it took so long time.Rape is such a crime that justice should be delivered within specified time.
Recently Uttarpradesh government has taken steps like open huge number of fast track courts really it good steps which will help in delivered speedy justic to victims.But it is not sufficient police system is also to be strengthen,professionalism of policing is required and police should not work under any influence.
AndhraPradesh government has passed the bill in legislative assembly yesterday that verdict should be delivered in 21 days in case of rape.If it will be ipmllemneted and result is good definitely it will be milestone.Other states should also follow the same.In previous we have taken such steps to curb the rape cases but result is not good.Our society should also come forward and help to curb the this type of incidence.If it is seen in accessable place of doing wrong things then it must opposed and informed to police .With collective efforts we can reduce or stop this type of incidence.
