             WHY RESIGNATION OF DOCTOR FIROZ

   Dr. firoz was a associate professor in sanskrit faculty in (Sanskrit vidya religious faculty)Banaras Hindu University.He was first non hindu teacher in that faculty.His selection in this faculty was done on his eligibility to possession of qualification and after due process of selection.But he was forced to resign that how he can teach on the topics of hindu religions . A massive protest was done by the students of the BHU and finally he was resigned from that faculty.

          Really it is very sad that he resigned.Education and knowledge never see the religion,cast,creed,poor and rich.Anyone of this universe with his effort and hard work can learn any religious and spiritual knowledge.It is not important that the person who is teaching belongs to which community but it is important that how much knowledge he has and how efficiently he can communiciate his talent to students.

          His resignation is setback for the education system in India.Already in our country needs to improve education system  and this type of incident really discourage to enhance the education system in India.Students must not involve in the day to day affairs of the college and universities ,they should focus on their education.Like in medical field if patience does not have faith on his doctor so it is very difficult to treat the patient properly like in this case if students will see that teacher is belongs to which community inspite of having talent so they can never gain good knowledge.Students must see the talent of the teacher inspite of his community.

        We must be care that this type of incidence should not happen in the future because this type of mindset will weaken the education system .
